Facilities & Staff
Parkey OrganBuilders is home to the largest facility in the Southeastern United States dedicated solely to the production and servicing of pipe organs. We are located in the Northeast Atlanta suburb of Norcross, only 15 minutes from the intersection of I-85 and I-285 and 25 minutes from downtown Atlanta.
Our 15,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled building houses our corporate offices, design studios, woodshop, erecting space, pipe voicing area, finishing room and parts inventory storage.
The production facility provides for multiple projects, easily housing up to six active projects simultaneously. Special areas include an enclosed, outside-vented spray finishing room that ensures a particle-free finish while providing a clean, non-toxic environment for the rest of the facility. In addition, we maintain a basic parts inventory to facilitate faster service for routine maintenance and parts replacements. We also warehouse a number of hard to find parts for older instruments.
Our cabinetmakers are highly skilled artisans, specializing in the development and building of windchests, consoles and casework. The fine woodworking skills they possess are necessary in the intricate design, precision assembly and use of exotic woods.

Unlike many companies, Parkey OrganBuilders owns and maintains its vehicles, including a fully-equipped service van and 24-foot moving truck customized for the sole purpose of moving pipe organs quickly, safely and economically. We use our own staff for loading and transporting instruments, so you can rest assured that your organ is being properly packed and handled with the utmost care.
Our centrally located facility and company-owned vehicles provide significant savings to our customers in shipping and freight costs. They also allow us to provide immediate and ongoing technical support and service after the instrument has been installed.
Over 50% of our fulltime staff are trained organists, whose experience and understanding of music enhances their expert technical skills.
